 ⁸ Behold, I will bring the shadow, which has gone down in the sun dial of Ahaz, ten degrees backward.'" So the sun went back ten degrees, by which degrees it had gone down.

Isaiah 38

LORD that the LORD will do the thing that he has spoken: shall the shadow go forward ten degrees, or go back ten degrees?"

 ¹⁰ And Hezekiah answered, "It is a small thing for the shadow to go forward ten degrees; rather let the shadow go back ten degrees."

 ¹¹ So Isaiah the prophet cried to the LORD, and the LORD made the shadow go back the ten degrees it had gone down on the sundial of Ahaz.
