Forgot your Account Live password? There are two ways to reset it; the first one is by visiting account.live.com/password/reset and the second is through account.live.com/acsr. The former link will ask either your registered email address or phone number, whereas, the other one needs an alternate email address to reset your password. Now, proceed to the Account Live com password reset process. If you have turned on the two-step verification, then go to the first link, and enter your email or phone number. If the feature is disabled, then go to the second link and enter an alternate email address, which is different from the one you are trying to reset the password for.
