A BBC documentary profile of Ray Davey (Jan 10, 1915 - Apr 16, 2012) founder of the Corrymeela Community in Northern Ireland and one of the twentieth century's foremost peace-builders. Ray was a YMCA field secretary during world war 2. He was captured at Tobruk and spent three years as a prisoner of war, during which time he witnessed the bombing of Dresden at close range. He returned to Northern Ireland and became Presbyterian Chaplain at Queen's University, Belfast. Along with a group of students he established the Corrymeela Community at Ballycastle, Co. Antrim, as a Christian centre for peace and reconciliation.
